At Calor Gas Heaters we use DPD for all of our UK Deliveries, if when placing your order you include your email address and your mobile telephone number (if available) they will then send you and email or a text to your phone with an approximate delivery time for your goods.

If we receive your order before 3pm (GMT) and your items are in stock delivery can then be expected the next working day for mainland UK. Please note, due to occasional problems with electronic systems, delays may occur in TGS receiving orders via email or the website, and this may affect delivery.
Delivery to Northern & Southern Ireland, Highlands and Islands can take 2-3 days.
We accept all major credit and debit cards shown. You will be asked to fill in your card details when placing your order.
For payments made by non-UK credit/debit cards, the exchange rate used will be the bank\'s rate at the time of processing the payment.
We will refund or credit any item returned within 7 days of purchase if it has been damaged in transit or the wrong item has been despatched, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. If any is item returned because of being faulty, and after inspected is found to be in perfect order then carriage costs would be paid by the customer.
Once you have notified us of your wish to return a non-faulty item, we require you to return the goods to us at your own expense, as soon as possible, please note the goods are returned at your own expense and risk. We recommend using a recorded delivery service or equivalent as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your item is excessively large or heavy we can arrange for a courier to collect it at a price which we will agree with you in advance. This price will then be deducted from your refund payment.

Please return the faulty item\'s) with the receipt and we\'ll usually be able to repair it for you. If we can\'t offer a repair, we\'ll usually give you a replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Claims for damage to goods must be noted at the time of delivery and notified to TGS in writing within 3 days of delivery to you. Goods returned will be accepted entirely at TGS discretion within 30 days of delivery to you provided that they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Free carriage on paid returns applies to UK mainland only and TGS stocked catalogue lines. You must contact us for authorisation to return goods on our Customer Services Return Line 0191 454 7244. Any goods returned to TGS without authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. TGS reserves the right to charge an administration fee on all returns.
Where goods do not appear in a TGS publication (including but not limited to our catalogue, brochure, leaflet or website) and are specially ordered for you, TGS will only accept the return of the goods if they are defective and returned within 30 days of delivery to you. This also applies to goods that have been embroidered and goods that have been customised.
